Santa Fe Soccer Academy, aka the Red Wolves, was introduced in 2023 to fill a much-needed gap within our recreation league with a focus on educating and developing soccer players.  This is where dedicated players come to train harder, compete faster, and unlock their full potential.

Built for players who are ready for more than recreational soccer, our Academy provides a high-intensity training environment focused on developing confident, creative, and technically gifted players.

Every session is designed to maximize touches on the ball, challenge players to think quicker, and build the habits needed to succeed at the next level.

Tryout-Based Development

The Academy is a select program that holds Fall and Spring tryouts each season.

Players earn their spot through evaluations that measure technical ability, work ethic, coachability, and commitment. This allows every training session to maintain a fast-paced, competitive environment where players are surrounded by teammates who share the same drive to improve.

Our curriculum focuses on mastering the fundamentals that matter most:

Every activity is designed around small-sided training, giving players more touches, more decisions, and more opportunities to grow every single session.

A typical Academy week includes:

• High-intensity technical training

• Competitive small-sided games

• Individual skill development

• Friday Academy League matches, where players put their new skills into action against other Academy players. It's the perfect balance of learning during the week and competing on game day.
