Welcome to the Santa Fe Soccer Academy

Welcome to the Red Wolves

Congratulations! Your player has earned an invitation to join the Santa Fe Soccer Academy Red Wolves—a community of players committed to improving every day, embracing new challenges, and taking their game to the next level.

This fall, we're excited to introduce our new Circuit Training Development Program, designed to maximize player development through fast-paced, high-repetition training stations. Every session is built to improve technical ability, game awareness, confidence, athleticism, and decision-making in a challenging, positive environment.

Our goal is simple: to inspire players to work hard, compete with confidence, and develop a lifelong passion for the game. Every practice has a purpose, every coach is invested in your child's success, and every player has the opportunity to grow each week.

Thank you for trusting us with your player's development. We're excited to welcome your family to the Red Wolves community.

Welcome to the Pack!

Attendance Commitment

The Santa Fe Soccer Academy is a commitment-based development program, and consistent attendance is essential to every player's growth and the success of each team.

Attendance Policy

  • First Half: Maximum of 1 missed game

  • Second Half: Maximum of 1 missed game

Please notify your coach as early as possible if your player will be absent to practice or games due to illness, an emergency, or another unavoidable conflict.

Players who exceed the attendance limit without communication or an approved excuse will lose eligibility for the remainder of that half of the season.

Optional ETA Training

We're excited to offer Academy families access to additional high-level training through ETA (Enrichment Training Academy).

Academy players have the opportunity to participate in optional training sessions at a discounted Academy rate, providing even more opportunities to develop their technical skills and continue improving outside of regular Academy training.

Additional Training Opportunities
  • Fridays: 4:15–5:15 PM at Legacy Park (Alachua. FL)

  • Wednesdays & Thursdays: 4:15–5:15 PM at Veterans Memorial Park (Gainesville, FL)

Players may participate in up to three additional training sessions each week.

Cost

$75 per month (Academy discounted rate)

  • The first month's payment is collected during registration.

  • Families will receive an email later in the season regarding the final month's payment.

  • Participation is completely optional and is intended for players who would like additional training opportunities beyond the Academy schedule.

Player Code of Conduct

Every Red Wolf is expected to:

  • Give 100% effort at every practice and game.

  • Listen, stay focused, and be coachable.

  • Show respect to teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and encourage others.

  • Help create a competitive, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

 Disciplinary Policy

Our goal is to teach, encourage, and develop every player in a positive environment.

Players who do not follow the Player Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the activity and return to the designated player break area. Continued disruptive behavior may result in removal from that day's session.

Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or dismissal from the Academy at the discretion of the coaching staff.

PARENT AND PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT

All parents associated with the SFSA are invited to share in the pleasure of watching their children participate in the world’s most popular sport, so long as their behavior does not distract the players, coaches, or officials from the free flow of play during practices or games. We pride ourselves on having respectful and engaged families, and we ask that parents and guardians continue to adhere to these guidelines.

A player, parent or guardian, or guest must:

  • Never use foul language or obscene gestures during a game or practice nor while on site.

  • Avoid comments and gestures that express disagreement with coaching or referee decisions during practices or games.

  • Never enter the playing surface or player sideline without the consent of the coaches or referees.

  • Cooperate with any request by the coaches or game officials.

  • Never consume alcoholic beverages on the field location at practices or games.

  • Never smoke or vape on the field location at practices or games.

A parent or guardian understands that:

  • Any player, parent, or guest who fails to adhere to these standards will be required to leave the playing area, and play will be suspended until he or she does so.

  • The associated player may be obligated to serve the penalty as the result of misconduct by those associated with that player.

  • At the sole discretion of SFSA, misconduct by a player or player's guardian(s) or guest(s) may result in the individuals suspension from attending practice(s) and/or game(s).

  • At the sole discretion of SFSA, misconduct by a player or player's guardian or guest, especially if a habitual offense, may result in the player being dismissed from his/her team for the remainder of the season with no refunds of player fees in such cases.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for their guests’ behavior and must inform their guests of the applicable rules of conduct.

  • Any breaches of this Code of Conduct can result in your child’s suspension and a member’s removal from SFSA soccer without refund of participation fees.
